Jau rakstīju atsauksmi individuāli, taču izrunājot šo situāciju ar domubiedriem sapratu, ka neviens nebūtu sapratis kāds tad iepakojums tiks saņemts no Nelleulla.
Tātad, pasūtīju vairākas trifeles un cerēju saņemt kaut cik skatāmu iepakojumu. Trifeles bija ieliktas parastā kartona kastē un ietītas neglītā burbuļplēvē. Vilšanās tajā, ka ja tā būtu formeta un sūtīta kādam kā dāvana, būtu ļoti neveikli.
Sūtīju sev, bet ieraugot iepakojumu vairs nelikās tik garšīgas. Jebkurā gadījumā “bāzē” šādam iepakojumam nav jābūt

I ordered chocolates as a Christmas gift for my mom. Asked to add a card. They didn’t add the card. I ordered 9 truffles which could have been put in a box rather than wrapped in an individual packaging which looked ugly.
As per my mom the treats were delicious, but maybe more thought should be put into packaging. The reason I often times choose to order from smaller companies instead the ones who work in mass production is because they add more of a personal feeling, especially if the product is hand made. Perhaps, it’s just me, but it’s something i’d expect from such a niche brand. Maybe because I made an order in a busy season such as Christmas they didn’t have time and could not put as much effort due to many orders which is understandable, but little bit of a let down.
